The Committee members think that implementation of the draft law’s provisions will harmonize legal framework of regulation by the Securities and Stock Market State Commission of administrative services with the Law “On Administrative Services.”
It was noted during the meeting that the Cabinet of Ministers upholds the bill on condition of taking into account remarks concerning the necessity of harmonizing the bill’s provisions with the Law “On Administrative Services.”
